These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Iltizam platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Iltizam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Iltizam grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business compliance management. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for all users.
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Iltizam. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your compliance records, employee data, or documents. We act as a data processor as defined under applicable privacy laws.
Access to Iltizam requires an active subscription plan. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Failure to maintain payment may result in account suspension. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Iltizam provides compliance management tools but does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. We are not liable for fines, penalties, or losses resulting from compliance failures. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
